Shipping & Address Issues

I entered the wrong shipping address.

No worries! We can update your address as long as your order hasn't been assigned a tracking number yet.

Email us at team@madebyloser.com from the email you used to place the order. Please include:

• Your Order Number

• Your Full Name

• Your New Shipping Address

We'll confirm once the update is complete.

Order Changes & Cancellations

I ordered the wrong size or color.

• If the website is still open: Place a new order with the correct item. Then, email team@madebyloser.com with both order numbers and a brief note. We'll cancel the original order and issue a refund.

If the website is closed: All sales are final. We are unable to offer swaps or refunds.

Tracking & Delivery

I didn’t get a confirmation email.

Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder. If your email was entered incorrectly, it might not have been delivered, but your order is still being processed.

Why is my tracking showing “pre-shipment”?

This means your order is either still on its way to the courier or hasn't been scanned yet. Tracking updates can take up to 5 business days from the time you receive your tracking number.

I think my order was lost or stolen.

Once your package is handed off to the courier, it is fully in their care. You must handle any delays or missing packages directly with the shipping company. Unfortunately, we cannot contact them on your behalf.

Returns, Exchanges, & Issues

Can I exchange or return an item?

All orders are final unless your item arrives flawed. Please double-check sizes and colors before ordering.

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Email team@madebyloser.com with:

• Your Order Number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the flaw

I received the wrong item.

In the rare event this happens, email team@madebyloser.com with:

• Your Order Number

Photos of the incorrect item
